Founder and CEO
Dynamic and innovative software entrepreneur with a strong intent to utilize technology as the catalyst for sustainable business operations and positive social outcomes. Ms. Silpa Polisetti has around 22 years of global experience designing and implementing robust ERP architectures that streamline business processes to enable enterprise growth. An accomplished professional in SAP S/4HANA, cloud migrations, and effective integration of advanced technologies to enhance efficiency.
Silpa Polisetti brings visionary leadership to Green Metrics to deliver innovative, clientcentric solutions aligned with global sustainability standards through her experienced skill set in product development, scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for business growth.
Veena Gopalakrishnan
Director
Qualified Company Secretary with corporate governance expert and legal knowledge along with a rich background in compliance. Ms. Veena Gopalakrishnan brings over 13 years of experience with India and International laws. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that our ESG solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
With a strong background in client relationship management and legal frameworks, Veena is instrumental in developing governance-focused offerings that help businesses confidently manage complex regulations with ease.
Dr. Rashmi Ainapur
ESG Strategic Advisor
Dr. CA.Rashmi Ainapur is a distinguished ESG Reporting Expert and a practicing Chartered Accountant. She holds a PhD in Sustainability Reporting, as well as degrees in Law (LLB) and an MBA in Finance. She is a Certified GRC Professional, a BRSR Certification (ICAI), and a GRI 2021 Standards Certified Professional. Additionally, she has a Sustainable Investing Certification from Harvard Business School.
With over two decades of professional experience, Dr. CA.Rashmi has advised many companies in areas of ESG Reporting and Assurance, BRSR Implementation, Carbon and GHG Accounting, Carbon Credits, and broad sustainability initiatives.
Puneeta Puri
Board Advisor
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of Finance and Governance roles across renowned organizations. She has led numerous transformative initiatives, including cross-country and cross-cultural projects, and has guided teams in implementing robust corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
Puneeta served as a Consultant with the Sustainability Reporting Standards Board (SRSB) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is currently the Director of the Indian ESG Network and an Advisor to several organizations, driving the exchange of insights and best practices to support sustainability efforts and ESG implementation.
As an ESG thought leader, Puneeta actively coaches Green Metrics in navigating ESG complexities, fostering innovation, and driving meaningful change through a holistic approach.
